This has been my medical practice since 2007 and everyone I have ever dealt with there has always been friendly, courteous, & professional. I have not words to speak highly enough of all of this team; but in immeasurable gratitude: I thank you all.
Recent surgery and received excellent assistance and after care due to post op hiccup. All the staff are friendly and helpful Only downside but this is primary care wide issue, long waits on telephone to either book an appt or to speak to someone but this is no different to any other practice and sadly a sign of the times post covid. Having said that, my surgery performs a lot better on this compared to many of my friends GP practices, so well done V&M and thank you
the receptionists are lovely and the doctor i spoke with on the phone was kind and helpful
We've been registered here 18 months and the handful of times we've needed an appointment we've managed to get one even after a long wait to get through. Receptionists are lovely and use their empathy and common sense well, it's so refreshing. The nurse and GP I spoke to were also fantastic. Can't ask for anything more !
Constantly fully booked, even when I am referred by 111 for a health issue and told I must speak to a doctor within 6 hours - that or wait in A&E for an ungodly amount of time. Don’t sign up for those surgery if you can help it.
