I decided to order multiway bridesmaid dresses from Victoria Lou Bridal for my wedding. I was a bridesmaid at my friend’s wedding a couple of years ago and we wore them then so I knew they were good quality and comfortable. The customer service was fantastic. I ordered the dresses 2 days ago and they arrived today. Victoria messaged me to ensure I was happy with the colour prior to dispatching my order, which was a nice touch. I can’t wait to see my bridesmaids wearing these beautiful dresses.

Victoria and her whole team were amazing from start to finish! Their selection of dresses are all stunning, and the store itself is gorgeous! Picked up the dress of my dreams today and I couldn’t be happier! The whole team were so helpful and bubbly, keeping me informed along the way and now I just can’t wait to wear it on my wedding day! Cannot fault the customer service from the entire team via email and in store. I was having some serious issues picking colours of my bridesmaid dresses so I booked an appointment and they fitted me in as soon as they could which was greatly appreciated as it was really stressing me. 3 hours drive, 15mins later the team so helpful and supportive, pulling dresses out and making colour suggestions I walked out with dresses chosen and ordered and 3 days later they all arrived! I bought three gorgeous multiway Bridesmaid dresses from Victoria Lou Bridal for our Wedding last week. My Bridesmaid's loved them and felt incredibly comfortable throughout the day. They're the perfect dress, allowing each Bridesmaid to style how they like and the three different colour ways were exactly what we wanted!
