Amazing service. Victoria’s communication start to finish was perfect. Dresses are great quality to suit different size and shape bridesmaids and delivery of both samples to try and then final dresses was extremely speedy and sent DPD so delivery slots could be sorted. Love them and at a great price compared to in shops.
Victoria Lou Bridal are incredible. I had a last minute emergency with my bridesmaid dress and needed a new one and from the moment I contacted them they were so helpful, there customer service was beyond my expectations. They went above and beyond to help me get the dress in time and I am so grateful for their help. I wore the dress last weekend to my sister’s wedding and felt so glamorous. Thank you for being so incredibly kind and helpful and for making such a gorgeous dress.
I have had my bridesmaids dresses from here and they are absolutely stunning. Not only that but the customer service I received was exceptional as I had to order a few times to decide what colour & style to go for. The staff made the transactions and returns process so easy and were very responsive to any questions and queries I had. 5 Star Service. I wish I could have experienced a Wedding Dress appointment here but I had already purchased my dress before I came across the boutique.

I decided to order multiway bridesmaid dresses from Victoria Lou Bridal for my wedding. I was a bridesmaid at my friend’s wedding a couple of years ago and we wore them then so I knew they were good quality and comfortable. The customer service was fantastic. I ordered the dresses 2 days ago and they arrived today. Victoria messaged me to ensure I was happy with the colour prior to dispatching my order, which was a nice touch. I can’t wait to see my bridesmaids wearing these beautiful dresses.
