Very bad service! I never received my machine, and they lied to me several times. Giuliano and his partner basically stole my machine. I tried to contact them many times by phone, text, and email, but they always refused to respond. Totally unprofessional and dishonest. Not recommended at all!
Guliano repaired my machine and returned when I had a question about it. He did not charge me for the extra visit. I highly recommend him for his expertise and customer service.
This is the BEST place to get coffee!
I just had an amazing experience with this company. My partner was gifted an used Gaggia Espresso xpresso machine. We accepted it knowing that some repair work was needed and found this wonderful company. They were able to get the machine to run like new and explain to us how to use it. They even have good premium blend of espresso beans and were nice enough to grind it for me when I purchased a bag as a surprise for my partner. We are so happy we found this company. PS he loves the coffee!
Giuliano was very knowledgeable and helpful and fixed my profitec pro 500 espresso machine in a timely manner. This place is very capable and has a lot of parts on hand and whatever they don’t have order and receive quickly. Giuliano also kept in touch the whole time and gave me very helpful videos of what was going on and why. Fair prices and getting things done!
