I am very disappointed with my experience at Dr. Katz's office. Before my appointment, I spoke with a lady over the phone who was Indian. She called me three times to confirm my appointment and asked me to email my insurance information. I sent it, and she confirmed that they accept my insurance. I drove 45 minutes to the office for my appointment, only to be told after arriving that the doctor is actually out of network and they do not take my insurance.
