Victoria Jewellers is absolutely phenomenal! Not only do they have the best quality jewelry, the customer service is above and beyond. I got my engagement ring and wedding bands from them and they were so helpful with the whole process. They did tell me to come in a few weeks before the wedding to get my engagement ring deep cleaned and plated and I completely forgot !! Just purchased a new band to go with my wife’s engagement ring/current wedding band for our 10 year anniversary. The gentleman who assisted me knew exactly what I was looking for, and pro-actively offered to polish my wife’s ring from 10 years ago. Item was shipped to my address as it had to be ordered in. There were no hiccups what so ever and they took the time to call me when my item was being shipped and provided a tracking number. They also proactively provided a new appraisal.
