My husband and I had the pleasure of dealing with Joshua, & he was phenomenal! From start to finish it was such a lovely experience. We went in looking for a wedding band & I wasn't quite sure what I wanted. He was very thorough and took the time to ensure we ended up with my dream wedding ring, and we couldn't be more happy! Excellent staff, friendly with great communication, I am so happy with the service I have received. I had my engagement ring repaired, diamond replaced quality workmanship and reasonable price. I definitely would recommend.
Needed a couple links for my Omega Seamaster they had them in a couple days. Stopped at Ben Moss was told they only have highend watches such as Bulova will be using Victoria jewellers from now on. Excellent service.
