Staff/providers are rude, disrespectful, hostile, & unprofessional actually ARE as they behave. Patients/family advocate for yourselves, complain, call,write letters, contact corp., BBB, insurance co., IDFPR,IDPH,AGO, etc. Google to find where. 7/2/25 I requested my medical records. 7/23-24 Not received; staff said request form was sent/entered: G,M,B. They asked inappropriate questions, didn't know, were busy, said Dr. Jansen had form, I should let my attorney request records; it's cheaper,& they would do it. I had to call ... read more
I love Dr. Jansen and Alisha the PA. I've been seeing them for years and never had a problem. The office has always been clean, staff professional, and everyone is so friendly and helpful. Dr. Jansen and Alisha spend time listening to your concerns and helping you find solutions. Everything is always explained fully and if I have a question after I leave its not a problem to call and ask. I have always been able to get in for an acute problem within 24hours. This office goes above and beyond for their patients.

I’ve been going to Dr Jansen for about 20 years now. She is the best. She is a great Dr, very thorough, takes time to listen and discuss. I would, and have, recommend her without a second thought.
Our appointment was at 1:30pm and we got in the room at 2:15pm, only one other person in the waiting room besides me and my wife. Dr jansen didn't apologize for running late, she had an arrogant, I dont care attitude and rushed us through the appointment. She seemed annoyed to be doing her job. She also was complaining about me when she left the room, right within earshot to the nurse or medical assistant which we found VERY unprofessional.
