I was driving back to Winnipeg from Flin Flon and got a voicemail from the front reception that I had left my Kobo e-reader in my hotel room. They kindly offered to mail my Kobo back to me via mail and I recieved it 3 days later. The honesty and respect for they showed is enough for me to give this place all 5 stars. Amazing hospitality!!
we had asked the person at the front desk to give us a wake up call because we had a very important meeting and we are in a different time zone with our phones. They did not give us a wake up call and the girl at the front desk afterwards was very surprised that I even asked for a wake up call, I told her to tell the manager to give me a call and the manager doesn’t I do not think that this place knows how to use a wake up call or a telephone service.
