i'm very upset i come to this hospital is very bad communicate with people they yelling for people they have supervisor for ambulance they yelling for people no patient

I was suffering from severe vomiting and diarrhea throughout the night, with a fever of 38.4°C. We called an ambulance and went to the hospital. By the time I arrived, my fever had spiked to 40°C, and I was seriously dehydrated. Despite this, I was left in the waiting room for 3 hours. In that time, the entire queue came and went—but no one took a blood sample, no vitals, not even a temperature check. What condition do you have to be in for someone to take you seriously? This happened 3.5 years ago, but I thought it was worth reviewing to make others aware of just how BAD and TRAUMATIC Victoria Hospital can be, especially as new parents. I took copious notes as the events started to unfold (see attached), but basically we took our <6 week old daughter in for what looked to us as "Petechiae" (purple spots on her leg). I visited the hospital as a medical student observing. The placement was absolutely amazing, and I can say that (at least for the department I was in) patients are in safe hands.
