Worst care I have ever received in my life by far. I was taken there by ambulance beginning of June and put in an overflow room. My light didn’t work, nowhere to charge my phone- closest plug didn’t work. I seen nobody for hours. I was severely dehydrated to the point my lips were cracking and my tongue was dry, I had a catheter, so there was no reason I shouldn’t have been given an Iv or water. The nurses were rude and very rough when transferring me. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else if you need to be seen

My experience in this hospital was very bad i hope if there is an option to put zero stars , Two days ago i had so bad pain in my heart similar with heart attack I couldn’t sleep because it I couldn’t even breathe normally so I went to Victoria hospital to emergency department to check my symptoms and do the required test very quickly that’s they supposed but they made me wait too much hours just to to do blood test then 2 or 3 hours just to check my pressure then after 2 or 3 hours just to do x-ray to my heart, my chest so ... read more

If they stop chatting among themselves, they can take care of the patients! 10 months later edit: Chest, back pain, and numbness in the left arm... And an 8-hour waiting time! The healthcare system in Canada is not problematic because there is no healthcare system in Canada! 🇨🇦👎🏼

So I go in for help and get told I can finally get some after having a breakdown get sent home and told they can help with somebody to talk to they will call me back ect and get a call back today telling me I dont live close enough to london to be eligible so no help and i gotta figure it out. You go because your on the verge of ending it they put a bandage on send you home and then pull it off when your not there problem anymore no help honestly that call made things alot worst.
