Waited for over 4hrs just to let me know my scheduled surgery is cancelled.
I was in ICU for a week here. Somehow my male nurse didn't care to put my hair up once and also didn't allow my family to touch me during it. I ended up cutting alot of my hair because it was so badly matted
For the # of people they have to serve, they're amazing. If every doctor/er visit was a $50 fee, i think they'd have a chance. Thorough and considerate care.
