One of Delands best communities, hands down!!
The sales people were so helpful and as a broker owner I will be excited to see the new communities coming to our clients who are looking for live DeLand, FL.
Greens were terrible.
Lauren is very informed and helpful.
Kolter communities, Victoria Park, are underserved with poor maintenance and dismissive staff. New contracts for HOA services need to include a claw back for under performing services. This is a community that we don't recommend making a purchase at this time.
