Staff and professionals inside the building have been kind and listen. However, the exterior of the building is another story with trash, interpersonal conflicts, needles, problematic behaviour. Another note, if you have had parcels or a bike stolen, you ought to check here as there are tons of expensive bikes laying around.
Doctors don't like treating patients, rarely come to work. For mental health, the secretary was incompetent, and cancelled my appointment twice. The security guard at the front desk was pleasant, however.
Difficult to get an appointment, which keeps getting moved. Wifi doesn't connect. Uncaring staff.
The employees are always the same I have been going here for 20years and never had a problem
