It’s just not okay to have people possibly having medical emergencies (like I am currently having) wait 9 hrs+ . I understand there are shortages but this medical experience was really awful
Was at urgent care a few weeks ago, and the staff, nurses doctors were all amazing! I received great care! They were super nice, very professional, listening, and attentive. I was triaged right away! Vitals checked, blood tests, urine tests, and I was admitted within the hour! Had a diagnosis by morning after an ultrasound , the doctor gave me medicine to help me relax and sleep pain free and said I could stay or go home to sleep, saying bed at home would probably be more relaxing and comfy. The nurses at Vic are amazing and so are every nurse I encountered in this journey. They’re so kind and patient. Believe me, the three stars are NOT about them. A few days before my urgent care visit on the 22nd I noticed an abnormally large bruise on the back of my leg. Knowing that I haven’t had an injury to this leg, it raised concerns. Worst experience we have ever had... My wife she was there around 2 pm today, went through primary tests by the staff then waited till 7 pm in waiting area for her name to be called for Dr. Check up, it's almost mid night right now and she is lying in the bed and waiting for doctor visit to examine her...
