I booked an appointment for the next day, and the receptionist told me to come at 12 p.m. I arrived right on time, and she asked me to have a seat. I ended up waiting for about an hour and a half. Very disappointing experience at Victoria Family Practice and Walk-In Clinic. The reception staff are extremely unprofessional and rude — they seem completely uninterested in helping patients or even being polite. The way they speak to people is unacceptable and makes you feel unwelcome right from the moment you walk in. The doctors themselves are fine and do their job, but the overall experience is ruined by the terrible front desk service. I and my family members are regular patients in this clinic. Doctors and all stuffs are good.Receptionist both are cordially active. Specially Jinat's behavior is more helping. If anything did not understand, she clarifying very nicely. Hope they will maintain their behavior in furure.
