The worst experience ever in my whole life with this clinic, No Service No doctors here in this location at all, they just like the hall to be full of patients And let them wait for hours and hours. extremely disappointing, I wasted my precious time in this lowest quality Market NOT a clinic😡😭🥵 Close this Clinic permanently if you guys are unable to serve the community. Never waste people time.
I can confirm what other reviewers have said of appointments not being respected. You make an appointment and you still wait for literally hours. Furthermore, when present order is not respected in the waiting area. The doctor isn't interested in treating anything and doesn't hide that fact, just wants to write a test and send you off. I have had many bad encounters, and I don't recommend it. Very low standards of quality.
Please avoid this practice at all costs! I never write reviews but today I am that’s how insanely bad it is. You’ll book an appointment and wait 3 hours and they only take brown people they skip the lines too… I booked an appointment and never took me for hours that’s just wrong. The doctor is bad , they also took someone that just walked in before me spoke in their language and I’ve been waiting hours with an appointment
Worst receptionist ever. No wonder why their rating is so bad. We booked our appointment for Saturday morning. On Thursday we received a call from them that the doctor will start the day at 2:00 PM and our appointment is rescheduled for 2:20. We arrived at 2:15 and see bunch of patients. No respect for the appointment schedule. We managed to see the doctor at 6:30. If you can’t manage appointments then, why bother to book? Just could say that we do walk ins only. The receptionist asked me to come at 1:30 just to inform me in person that the doctor was not in the clinic. They need to replace their reception team, they’ve so many bad reviews.
