I was very disappointed with my experience. I came in for hair and makeup services for my engagement party. Such an important and special occasion and unfortunately, from the moment I arrived, I was not greeted. During the appointment, the artists appeared more focused on personal conversations than on the client experience. Overall, the atmosphere did not feel welcoming or professional, which made the visit upsetting given the significance of the event.
For my wedding on 10.11.25, Julie did my makeup and Stephanie did my hair. I felt nothing short of an absolute princess my entire wedding day. I wish I could re-live that day 100x over, they made it so so special. Fast forward to 2.14.26, my sister in law booked VEO for her wedding. I had Theresa as my makeup artist and Gina as my hair. I truly cannot recommend the Victoria Elizabeth Suite & Hair and Makeup Artists enough! It was the perfect place to get ready on the morning of my wedding. They truly are the dream team. The space was stunning they made the process and timeline perfect! The great breakfast spread was great, good variety and portions to enjoy everything. Our attendant was so helpful and attentive.
