Extremely disappointed with the lack of care and communication at this clinic. I personally experienced this issue twice on two separate occasions, I was told a referral had been sent out, only to later find out over 8 weeks later that the referral management never sent either one due to internal miscommunication. No follow-up. No explanation. Just complete silence. These delays cost valuable time, especially when specialists are already booking months out. I tried to call to book an appointment today on two separate occasions. The first time I sat in queue for 16 minutes only to have the phones turned off randomly at 10:30 am. Second time I sat in queue for 6 minutes and was hung up on.
