Excellent service at Victoria Diagnostic Imaging in Hampton Park. The staff were friendly, professional, and very patient throughout the whole process. The reception team was organised, and the technician made me feel comfortable and explained everything clearly. The clinic is clean and well-managed, and the overall experience was smooth and stress-free.
Staff were shouting at each other in there language. When we arrived which was very unprofessional.
To whom it may concern, Today I have another ultrasound,, I never experienced such as very poor services for 2 days on the rows. I had yesterday with a different person and that wasn't very pleasant. Having both shoulders in pain and thinking the services would make my day better, unfortunately, the services make my day even worse. I think these people need to be trained in customer service skills. And knowing what role they play. This is just a suggestion. Thank you Masni
