Went to get an ultrasound done yesterday 11/07. The receptionists were nothing extra just the usual hello how are you. However, the sonographer was extremely rude and submissive. She did not explain the procedure at all to me and made me sign some "consent" forms that I had no idea what they were for. She was scanning me for quite a while and then decided to finally let me know that she could not find an ovary. She went to call her Supervisor who came in and found it in a few minutes. First time here and I am so impressed with the service. Ms Rikita the receptionist, was very helpful and accomodating. She did everything she could to helped us with the booking. The ultrasonogrpher was also very professional. Thank you so much. All the best.
Very unprofessional staff. Lady keep coming to ultrasound room do her own stuff. No respect for other’s privacy. Not recommended at all

Xray n Ultrasound . Good job! Actually The rest of imaging procedures are not available as advertised. Suggested to go Carrum Down instead.
