Victoria DeSantos is a very caring doctor. She made me feel comfortable and was always friendly! If I didn’t move to KY, I would still be going to her today.
Dr. DeSantos is knowledgeable, professional and approachable. She truly listens and has calmed my nerves on more than one occasion. I’ve been her patient for a little more than two years and highly recommend her.
Had an appointment with Victoria a few years ago and I still think about how awful it was. Before even examining me she told me I probably have cancer because I’m fat. Awful bedside manner and questionable personal character. Hope this review helps someone choose another provider if they are already self conscious about their weight. There is a way to mention it from a medical perspective, but Victoria showed a complete lack of professionalism and empathy.
