She was 2 hours late to my appointment was incredibly dismissive and rude. I came in for a Pap smear and medication refills. The Pap smear was painful and traumatic and I bled for about two days after. She also forgot to refill 3/4 of my medications so I ended up having to go to a different doctor as she did not respond to my attempts to contact her about my refills.
Compassionate and immediately took the time to listen and understand my injuries after a terrible random assault a few blocks away from work. Recommended tetanus shot as a preventative measure due to a cut resulting from that incident.
Made some very serious conclusions for my mom without even knowing her past her initial visit. We are trying a new doctor so that she can make changes to these novice determinations. My mom has mobility problems amongst some other issues but since “she walked from the waiting room to the exam room” she doesn’t need a home attendant for more than 16 hours and or a scooter and other things to make her life easier.
