After a female doctor put her hand up to my husbands mouth and told him to shush I knew it was time to leave this surgery. Nurses are lovely, one nice receptionist, rest are extremely rude, one of them in particular. Rude and impatient doctors who make you feel like you're wasting their time when you can get an appointment. Appointments are almost none existent. Moving from this surgery was the best move I have ever made.
I popped into the surgery Tuesday morning to enquire about a shoulder/arm problem I had.Reception was great, appointment made for Wednesday morning. Big thanks to Susan Veale for her professional and friendly approach regarding my issue. X-ray recommended. Thursday morning x-ray done and dusted by 9am. Thanks to all Gary Cotton.
I was very satisfied. Everything is really good.
