Mixed experience. The clinic advertises as bulk billing but it's partial so you have to pay $30 for appointment (actually have to pay $100+ then medicare will refund you the difference in a few weeks). I had sent test results to the clinic in advance and was told they had been supplied to the GP but they hadn't so it was a pointless visit and I need to return another time for further tests.
The Reception lady is very rude and wouldn't bother to give prescriptions, ask my partner for panadol and charge 30$.
I had sore throat and appointed Dr Lisa Mu today. I had to wait in my car to see her and after 20 mins late she called and asked me what happened. She didn’t even introduce herself and speak unprofessionally. She couldn’t keep her own opinion to herself as she made irritated comments/sounds about my personal life. This is so unacceptable patient service. After the consult I was told to continue drink panadol until it’s gone…she doesn’t know when.
