DO NOT allow Victoria to conduct your custody evaluation. She took 14 months to complete what could have been done in a few months. When she did finally submit her report, it demonstrated UNBELIEVABLE BIAS against father. I think she is in mental decline and needs to consider RETIREMENT because she could not so much as recall or transcribe simple biographical information that was provided.
