Very friendly and efficient staff. I really like Dr. Clay. She is very thorough.
I wouldn't recommend Victoria Clay. My husband was seen by her. She stated wanted a mri to diagnose his back. A week went by without a call to set up Mri. I called the office and they stated insurance had denied and required 6 weeks of physical therapy before insurance would approve. Something about that did not sound right. She refused to see me as a patient anymore. She addressed the bursitis ion my hip, and arthritis in my upper back. But she never addressed the pain in my middle spine and lower spine, and both hips.Quote “ she could not keeping giving me shots, to take physical therapy.” She also refused to refill my muscle relaxer for my spine, sense she dismissed me as a patient. She did me a favor.
Dr clay and her staff were very pleasant and nice.
Dr. Clay is awesome. I've been seeing her for almost 2 years for lower back pain and pain management. She is an excellent listener, She has Always been professional and she has explained every procedure to me or answered my bazillion questions thoroughly. I have much more mobility than I did 2 years ago thanks to her. This is one of many appointments I actually look forward to. Highly recommend.
