I was referred to Dr. Christofi by my pain management doctor. She is kind, compassionate, and cares deeply about her patient's mental health. I'm always greeted with a smile by Dr. Christofi and her staff. I can honestly say that she saved my life. I wish I could give her 10 stars.
Hands down the most unprofessional office I’ve ever dealt with. They are impossible to get ahold of & Miss Christofi and Tina are two of the rudest and most vile humans I’ve ever spoken with (and I work in customer service, so that’s saying A LOT). Over months, I have called their offices countless times in effort to get an appointment (referred by my doctor). Good luck getting a hold of someone and when they do decide to actually do their job and answer the phone they’re extremely rude. You can look forward to games of phone tag and acting like your an inconvenience for trying to schedule an appointment. If your Dr. refers you here try to see if there’s anywhere else. If you get stuck with this awful team Godspeed.
