Is it possible to give 0 stars? She seems to be a good doctor, understood my issues and prescribed a medicine. However, I needed to have a prior authorization sent to my insurance and the staff/she, are completely incompetent. I have spent hours on hold over weeks and never received what I needed. It takes an average of 20 minutes to speak to a person, then they can't help you.
Dr. Scott was a great doctor but her medical assistant has no sympathy to work in medical field. Her words are very harsh especially with patient that does not speak English well.
