Caring and trustworthy aged care, my Mum resided here for 5 years and the carers, nursing staff, food and facilities are all top-notch. The staff could not be lovelier nor more invested in your parents health and well-being. Well appointed interiors, apartment living, and great meals for your loved ones. I could not recommend more highly!! PS. Many of the photos people have posted are of the Park next door, Victoria by the Park is Aged Care accommodation.
Very disappointing experience!!! Try to contact facility twice with just a simple question. First time the phone ( someone promised the manager will call me back tomorrow- it was 5 days ago ) Second time I contacted the facility 3 days ago- no answer. Again it was a really simple question, but really urgent- my mother in hospital rehab and needs urgently go to respite care. So, if simple question left me without answers, I can imagine what is going on inside the facility if something more complicated…..It’s really sad
