Their ice cream dishes are delish
This specific location is absolutely trash! The service is terrible and they NEVER have any toppings! The customer service is horrible and then they have the audacity to NOT REFUND an online order stating “we don’t refund online orders.” Stealing is what that is. I placed an order online for my boyfriend to pickup and he called to tell me they did not have bananas or strawberry topping and they cannot process an online refund. The price made me feel like I got ripped off for a pint of ice cream for $9.00.
Let me start this by saying im allergic to nuts. I doordashed an order from this store and after my first bite, saw i was given pistachio scoop with nuts in it. My name was on the bag, so BR put someone else's order in my bag. Cant even blame Doordash. Unacceptable
