I’ve had my current life insurance policy for years without ever having a good understanding of it. After having my 3rd baby I decided I should probably update my policy. Raised all the mileages on my vehicles by several thousand, including 2 that are mainly parked/down for most the year. Claimed to have called and texted me for these changes even though Ive always set my communication preferences to email since I can not receive calls at work from 7-7. Still waiting on an adjustment from them charging me 900+ dollars for 3 months.
