I cannot recommend Dr. Trislyn Herrick and the entire team at Victoria Avenue Dental highly enough. I ended up at their clinic in absolute agony with a severe, complicated dental emergency. I work long, safety-sensitive graveyard shifts at the local lumber mill, and the intense throbbing pain and facial numbness had me completely out of commission and incredibly stressed about missing work.From the second I called, the front desk staff treated me with pure empathy and professionalism. They saw me before a cpl years ago and were great, helped me with my cleaning and made sure to deal with my anxiety. Well now I call to book a cleaning, and I'm told first that theyre booking into February March of 2027 when calling in May 2026. Okay that can't be helped. Then they tell me a new patient exam fee is FIVE HUNDRED DAMN DOLLARS OVER what disability funding will cover for a cleaning. Five hundred dollars when you've seen me before!? went in on the 13th with dental issues, had to take meds. meds ran out. its now the 30th and was told i could get in a week after first apt. only to be told no help until the 5th as the dentist who said come next week apparently went away. so no help. they judge poor people and make them suffer i guess. weeks of pain shows how much they care for people of this community.
Very kind and knowledgeable staff, I always love going to my appointments! I've been going there my whole life and every time is a great experience.
