Very bad service. I told them my jeep didn't start and then the next day it did... They said they would look at it.. Well they told me about a week later that they looked at it and everything is fine.. Which I think ment they tried to start it and that was all.. They told me to come get it.. I came and tried to jump it. Couldnt get it to start. I called them the next day and the response was.. It's cold out.. Yes it's mn..i kinda need it to work when it's cold.. So what should be done? Treat women customers with respect and be more respectful of women in general. I was very disappointed with the way my sister was treated and stepped in when I heard about what she was being told. There are much better service providers in the area and I would recommend to go elsewhere.

These people are really good. They can fix or maintain just about anything. I have been using them for as long as they have been in Victoria and trust them without question. They keep my records and remind me when routine maintenance comes up on the schedule. The result is that my vehicles are always in good shape.

Thanks for looking over our Highlander before our 3000 mile trip. It felt good to have confidence that we wouldn't have any issues on our trip. I appreciate that you said to wait on the tire rotation, saving us money. We are ready for new tires now and will set up an appt. Thanks! Paul and Michelle Aspelin
