Rude owner. Talked to him about a vehicle. The old guy was dismissive and unrealistic about the price of an old used car that had been sitting unsold for three years. Anyway, it looks like the business is closed and shut down now.

I am completely confused by the good ratings here; probably friends and family. I want to give negative 1. I phoned Rick and asked him to send me the Carfax report for a car, after my requests from Autotrader were unanswered, but he said, and I quote "I am not sending you no d**n copy. I have it in front of me and it's a clean car. No accidents. If you want to come see the car it is here". Bought a 2005 Honda civic. Said it was certified. Took it to a highly respected shop in Hamilton. Told me it needs 2600 dollars worth of work to be certified. All these guys that work at this auto and sales place are at the end of the road as far as working. They should just sell all their cars as is.
