Dr Angert takes the time to ask about any problems I’m having and takes the time to answer my questions. The results of my blood work were explained to me. Staff was friendly. Short wait time.
I agree with the bad reviews I'm seeing. Victoria was cold, on the brink of rude. Went in to get an STD test and she called me stupid for having unprotected sex. I mean she's not wrong, but also keep the tough love for your kids right? Also, I had a fungus problem that I told her I'd already used a certain medication for that was prescribed at a different doctor's office, and that I needed something different because the medication had been ineffective. Terrible. Bedside manner of the Tonton Macoute. I get anxiety just visiting her.
This office is terrible. Staffing is rude, more specifically the doctor and the nurs, Ann. My niece is an established patient and needed to be seen today and we were told that since it’s dr angerts scheduled day off, they weren’t going to schedule my niece with another doctor and she needed to go to urgent care. My kids were patients and it didn’t matter when I called about meds, they wouldn’t communicate if it was too soon (in their eyes). I once called 5 days in advance and was told I needed
