Please don’t go here. My hair looked good for about 1 weeks before I had to come back and get the back redone. Then another week passes the hair is coming out of my braids, mind you before I did my appointment. I specifically asked the lady what kind of breeding hair I should get and she told me it did not matter but then when I come in to get a refund, she tells me that the braiding hair is too soft and that my hair is too short to be braided without it coming out. Horrible service I showed them the picture of the braids I wanted and she did them so small it looked nothing like the picture. I told her several times it's too small she keeps telling me no it's not ...I'm the costumer if you can't do it the way I want it just say that. It's ashame just careless. I ended up taking the braids out ..never again. Stay away
Are you doing an amazing job? I’ve been going to them for years. They are always so patient and willing to work with you with the price. They do a wonderful job and they take their time if you are in a hurry then more than one may help if they are able to they play good African movies which I enjoy because they’re in English and they don’t mind you Getting up to stretch sometimes if you need to I love this place and I always go here to get my hair done. I’ve been going here for about 10 years.
I had a terrible experience and would not recommend them to anyone. I have been there before for myself and my girls. They are not consistent with their pricing. When they first want your business, they will do and say anything, afterwards, they make up prices as they go along. They were very rude, unprofessional and screaming after I was quoted a price to unbraid, my half braided hair which they did.
