Love this office. Staff is always friendly, I never wait long and Dr. Chen is always supportive and efficient! I feel he knows what my Autoimmune is capable of and put me on a good treatment plan from the beginning!!
Dr. Chen is a wonderful, very intelligent doctor. He has clear goals for you & I really appreciate that in dealing a sickness that can feel very unpredictable and stable. He knows so much about me personally because he asks and cares, and likewise. I definitely recommend! Dr Chen is an extremely caring, knowledgeable Dr. He listens, discusses, and understands. He returns messages in a time appropriate manner. His staff are always kind, understanding as well.
Patients come to this practice due to being in need of help. The office should really consider who is taking patient calls. I received a referral just over a month ago but I sadly put it off because I work full time and have a one year. LAURA made sure to let me know this practice clears their referrals after 10 days and that she was sure my referral was still good to take to any other practice if I choose to.
