Dr. Rosenfeld is the only doctor who has been able to manage my migraines and now I am nearly migraine free! I’ve struggled for over 20 years with debilitating migraines and chronic fatigue. Saw many, many neurologists and tried every medication. Dr. Rosenfeld was able to get the right treatment for me. He is absolutely brilliant, compassionate and takes care of his patients. Go see him!
His erratic moods were very puzzling. I disregarded his fluctuating moods because I was desperate to find out why I kept falling and having brain fog. I used to rave about him in the community and referred him new patients. But no more. I went to my last appointment and was told by the nasty and rude receptionist “your appointment has been cancelled.” I said why, no one told me in advance and she said someone will call you. Had many questions about the interactions of prostrate cancer treatment for a Parkinson’s patient. Associate took all concerns to Doctor. He then joined us to listen and advise, taking into account our research and thoughts. Have been a patient for over 9 years. Happy with medication results and have been able to make minor adjustments when necessary.

WAITED ALMOST AN HOUR TO SEE THIS GUY, NEVER DID. I ENDED UP LEAVING, DIDN'T THINK I'D HAVE TO WAIT THAT LONG TO SEE HIM. NOW I'M FIGHTING WITH HIS OFFICE TO REFUND MY $75 CO-PAY TO WHICH I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY RESPONSE. THIS GUY NEVER ANSWERS HIS PHONE. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM AT ALL FIND SOMEBODY ELSE
Will not be going back! This physician should probably find another line of work. He ran through the initial appointment with my mother like he was racing against the clock. He did not even greet her or make eye contact. While getting the history I apparently didn't explain things to his liking because he was shaking his head 'No' before I could even finish speaking. i have been seeing Dr. Rosenfeld for over 7 years since he was at Southcoast health, and when we were notified he was moving, i very willingly followed. He was the only doctor that seemed to take me seriously with my chronic migraines. he actually listened and took what i had to say into account. he was and always has been willing to help me find and try new things to help with the migraines. anytime i go in with an active migraine episode, he always turns off the lights and uses lamps instead to make me more comfortable. he... read more
Disappointed and treated horribly. No one answers the phone no matter which line you connect to, no one responds to voicemails left after a week +, after many voicemails left. The website is not complete, so no luck signing up for the patient portal to message or pay a bill. This provider leaves patients unsure of what to do, Dr Rosenfeld is dismissive and cocky. I do not recommend this practice is you're hoping for adequate care.
Dr. Rosenfeld and his office are the best in town. His staff is prompt and kind. The office is beautifully decorated. It was evident from my visit that I was getting world class support explained in a clear and understandable manner. Can't recommend highly enough. 5 stars!
