Ms Ramos is one of the PAs. She is excellent. I would see no one else there.
They didn’t even address my issue and spent time talking about something that wasn’t even my concern. I still had to pay a co pay waste of money and time .
I had a follow up, and that should be about 5 minute conversation. I get there on time for a scheduled appointment. Tell me why I’m in waiting room for about 28 minutes and then go to exam room and wait another 17 minutes for the PA, only to talk to me about something I have already been trying to control and take care of and the “follow up” lasts about 5 minutes. And then PA leaves room and still has me waiting. I spent 1 hour at doctor’s office, when it should have taken MAYBE 15 minutes total!
Why the staff NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE???? They open at 7 am but I call since 8 am and no answer, I leave a message so they can call me back and I never receive a call,and call again to the office and THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE!!!!! ITS ANNOYING!!!
The staff and Ms Ramos are fantastic.
