100000% recommend!!!! They are “fear free certified”, meaning you stay in your car until they have an exam room ready so dogs/cats aren’t stressing each other out in a waiting room. They also discuss pricing, perform many treatments (!), and cash you out all in the exam room with you! If your pet is reactive, nervous, or fearful, this practice will go above and beyond to make your pet comfortable. I am so happy to have them as my vet. The staff here are very transparent and professional. Thank you staff!
Our 19 year old cat was in great distress and it was time for him to be euthanized. We are visiting from out of town, so don’t have a vet here. Called around no one could see us. I then called Victor Veterinary Clinic, explained our situation, and although they were booked, they made an appt for us. From the moment we walked in, there is absolutely nothing they could have done more to make this easier for us. They were warm, patient and just really so wonderful. This practice is extraordinary!!
