If I could give no stars I would. The receptionist is nasty and completely rude. You can tell she hates her job. I saw her be rude and roll her eyes to two older patients while I was their but I brushed it off as maybe her having a bad day. She called me another day to confirm my appointment. I asked if my insurance would cover my procedure. She then told me she didn't know. That that was between me and my insurance. Since when do patients bill their own insurance?
