The guy who works at the front desk needs to work on developing his customer service skills… If you want to keep customers, best practice is probably not to hang up on them mid conversation and when said customer calls back, try to justify it by saying “ I didn’t think there was anything else we could do for you”… By the looks of a couple of the other comments, we aren’t the first to have a negative experience with this guy.
