I was a patient of Dr. Victor Tseng for approximately 1.5 years for chronic migraine and ultimately left his care due to dismissive communication and limited, non-collaborative treatment planning. Throughout my care, I experienced conflicting information regarding medications, particularly during tapers, and felt my medication sensitivity was not adequately considered. I learned so much from my visit with Dr. Tseng and he gave great recommendations for improving my condition.
My wait time in the lobby was short lived. Cheyenne (sp?) checked me in and was very cordial, pleasant and super nice. Dr. Tseng was very attentive and listened to EVERYTHING i shared with him about why I scheduled an appointment. He was very thorough with his examination and ruled out concerns that I had regarding my visit. I will definitely return for a follow-up appointment when the need arises. All in all a very productive visit and gave me some peace of mind!
