if you're looking for a high risk dr for your pregnancy, literally pick anyone else besides him. He has an atrocious bedside manner and is consistently condescending, not just to patients, but also to their spouses. My husband came to every single ultrasound, yet this doctor acted like he was meeting him for the first time each visit. Doctor Suarez has very bad manners, rude and very cocky. I took my pregnant wife for her appointment with him and we came out of there annoyed and super stressed, instead of focusing on the baby he was criticizing other doctors and they’re technics he did not provide any important information. For us he has a complete waist of time, we decided to make a report with the our insurance and with the state. He should not behave like that !
Dr. Suarez has terrible bedside manner. My baby was measuring big, and he kept asking me if I was sure that I didn't have gestational diabetes and told me I should cut out all carbs and sugar for the last two months of my pregnancy. All the other doctors I saw never had an issue that my baby was measuring ahead and had no concerns about my eating habits. Was in the hospital a week ago for bleeding, during my pregnancy. The next morning met with Dr. Suarez who barely looked over my baby, said she was not getting nutrients she needed from my placenta, something was wrong with her cord and that I had 1-4 weeks left of pregnancy, meaning I would deliver at 34-37 weeks. Went back today and met with another fetal medicine doctor who said my baby is perfectly fine and I would carry full term. DO NOT SEE THIS MAN.
