Complete scam of a doctor on heart issues. Saying I have to go to heart debilitation and all my cardiovascular doctors say I’m very heathy and strong heart. Total insurance scam. I have retained an attorney to file against this man and honor heath please do not see this doctor or place. I have well known documents and doctors in shock what he said and did
Negligent doctor! My husband was sent to the ER by his cardiologist, being told that an TEE has to be done urgently, as he was at risk for having a stroke at any moment. He was admitted in cardiology section and kept without water and food for over 12 hours. Dr Sein came in for his morning visit and told him that he’ll be sent home due to not having any available spots for performing the procedure, and he won’t do anything invasive, just stabilizing him.
He listens and cares. Two hard to find qualities in a specialist. I highly recommend him!

My husband got heart surgery and Dr. Sein visit him every day never find Dr like that he have 100% concern to people even do his not the one do the surgery. You the best of the best Dr. Victor Sein.
