Phelps Autos/ towing I assisted an older man in purchasing a vehicle there. He purchased the auto as is. It broke down in 27 days, and they charged him to tow it and gave him an estimate of $400.00 to repair the vehicle. Two days later the estimate jumped to $700.00. It had a cracked head. Do not trust these people they are crooks. They took advantage of a senior citizen who lives month to month off his social security. (the customer knew one of the owners for 10 plus yrs.) PROS: None CONS: they sure are
