I am new to the area and I have been trying out different nail salons. I was excited to return to this one because I was so happy with my nails the first time. I made an appointment online from their website and when I showed up the doors were locked. After quadruple checking I got the date and time right, I figured something must have happened and they had to lock up early. Truly, not a big deal, it happens. To be sure - this is a review for the Bushnell’s Basin location. I really like this salon!!! They are friendly and do a great job on nails and toes. I get acrylic refill with gel polish every 2.5 weeks and Tony does an amazing job. The other techs are great too. The salon is very very clean. I like the chill music too. I almost always do a walk in but also make appointments online during busy times. Great selection of polishes with easy to use displays. I had a wonderful experience here! I’ve been to a lot of different salons across the US, and this is one of my favorites! They did a great job with my nails, everything was very clean, and they even do a short back massage! Would recommend to anyone.
seems like staff wants to charge high prices but speed through pedicure , place is not worth going ub=ntil they can take their time and focus and giving a 70 dollar pedicure in less then 20 minutes
This is my absolute 10/10 favorite nail salon. It’s the perfect combo between spa and actual good nail service. The salon is extremely clean (as well as their utensils) and the customer service is amazing. Tony does an absolutely fantastic job, I have been impressed every time I’ve gone here for the past 5 months.
