Dr Morales did not make it to the room in time to deliver my baby. I had an uncomplicated labor, and delivered unmedicated. I had a 2nd degree tear and Dr Morales was unnecessarily rough with stitching me up, my legs were shaking a bit and he threatened to put me in the OR if my leg keeps shaking. Then threatened again ‘I’m giving you general anesthesia if you can’t stay still’. He was abrasive, rude, truly such a jerk at such a vulnerable time. Dr. Morales delivered my second baby girl and he was great! He was attentive & professional! He also helped address my postpartum concerns.
My OB, Dr. Ana Pascual, was incredibly considerate, professional, and reassuring throughout my pregnancy journey. Thanks to her care and guidance, I was able to reach full term and was blessed with a healthy, beautiful baby. I also saw Dr. Dhami and Dr. Hillard, who are both amazing physicians that truly care about their patients. Dr.Morales was rude off the bat didn’t let me talk or explain my situation. He was loud, couldn’t keep eye contact and rolling his eyes when I tried to speak. I asked him for a referral of the dos and don’t when visiting my dentist and he says “I’m not signing a blank piece of paper to give to you, see your dentist first and if they want to go any further have them contact me through fax.” Mind you I cannot get in with an appointment without that form.
