Took almost 7 weeks to receive my intake analysis and the girl who did the evaluation didn’t seem very experienced or fluent in English and didn’t seem very well confident in completing it. Would highly recommend other businesses
Never saw counselor. After calling office for info phone answerer person sent police to my house which terrified me. She was an untrained idiot. I am a disabled old lady harmed by just calling the office.
Took months to get results back (Was supposed to be 6 weeks), canceled the appointment 30 minutes prior after I already traveled to Edinboro, never sent results to the doctor, changed the therapist (got a different one than the one we were scheduled with—poor communication.
