I would rate this office a zero.. Every visit I've had for the past two years is the same. The Doctor is usually running 45 minutes to 1 hour behind. This medical office shows total disregard for the patients time. As a working female I have to take PTO from my job. This last time I had to leave without being seen because again the Dr. Was running 45 minutes to 1 hour behind and I had to get back to my job, I had taken 4 hours off work thinking this should be enough time. Absolutely love the staff here! Sometimes the appointments run a little behind but they are always super helpful. Love the new facility as well! My specific doctor, Dr. Casiano, is retiring but I have no doubt the next doctor will be just as good.
