I love Dr. Carcamo! She’s friendly, easy to talk to, and isn’t afraid to think outside the box to figure out anything that’s bothering you. The office staff is very friendly and the office itself is cheerfully decorated. The only thing negative I can say is that appointments are booked up a month or so in advance & the wait time was a little longer than I expected. I definitely recommend Dr. Carcamo.
New building, very nice office, waiting room is comfortable. I see Dr. John Adams and am very pleased. The staff is friendly and best of all, I’ve never had to wait a long time to be seen. It seems to be an upscale practice and they don’t allow children under the age of 12, so that keeps the environment adult-like.
Went to Dr. Reyes for annual appointment due to a friend’s recommendation and his good ratings on the website. They got me in promptly and the staff was very competent. Dr. Reyes was professional and quick. I got the impression if I would have wanted to discuss any health issues further he would be willing but since I had no questions the visit was no nonsense.
Staff mis-scheduled my appointment or they rescheduled without notifying me. Person at desk couldn't explain and was very unapologetic.
