This is my mom's doctor. Every time I take her, it doesn't matter that she has an appointment and gets there on time, all the drug reps get priority over patients. They walk in and usually go right back. Unless he's already got another drug rep back there talking with him. Sometimes one of them brings lunch for the entire staff and I'm sure the competing reps are offering great incentives for prescribing their products over the others as well as some kickbacks or commissions.
