I went to him for over 10 years, I needed a refill of my prescription but during covid he told me I need to come in for a physical. They refused to refill. I told him it felt like a money grab. I got a certified letter days later he was dropping me as a patient. Still needing my medication I turned to my employers Tele health and they took care of me.
Extremely rude staff… I have called and spoke with many different individuals there on the front end over the years and never felt like any of them were truly kind or accommodating. We stuck it out because we thought we’d get adequate care from the Dr. however, as time went on that was proven to not be the case. Appointment after appointment….time and time again my husband felt as if he wasn’t truly being listened too and he wasn’t getting any answers/solutions as to what was going on. I find he doesn't seem concerned as I am about health issues. I have gone 2yrs with same health problems and found out he made false statement to er dr that caused lack of care with fractured tail bone spoke to chief of er to get it right this is when I decided I am done with him. Very disappointed in him !
